NB555 Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 2026  |  Effective Date: January 2026  |  Version: 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how NB555 collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data obtained from users of the nb555.cam platform. It also sets out your rights in relation to that data and how to exercise them. Please read this document in full before using the Platform.

How NB555 Protects Your Privacy

Our data protection commitments are built around six principles that guide every processing decision we make.

No Data Selling

NB555 never sells, rents or trades your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the Services or meet regulatory obligations.

Purpose Limitation

Your data is used only for the purposes it was collected for — account management, KYC, payment processing, responsible gambling monitoring, and platform security. Nothing else without fresh consent.

Secure Storage

Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls on a need-to-know basis, and regular security assessments protect the personal data you entrust to NB555.

Defined Retention Periods

Data is not kept indefinitely. Retention periods are tied to operational necessity and legal obligations — KYC records for five years, support records for two years, marketing consent until withdrawn.

User Rights Respected

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection rights are all available to NB555 users. Requests are acknowledged within five business days and resolved within 30 days.

Breach Notification

If a personal data breach poses risk to your rights and freedoms, NB555 will notify affected users without undue delay — not after weeks of internal deliberation.
